1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sonjevaz Casino & Hotel facilities and services. By making a reservation, entering our premises, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

2.3. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2.4. Rates quoted are per room per night and are subject to change without notice.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

3.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

3.3. Photo identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in.

4. Payment and Deposits

4.1. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

4.2. All charges must be paid in full upon check-out unless other arrangements have been made.

4.3. Sonjevaz reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

5. Casino Rules

5.1. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the casino floor or participate in gambling activities.

5.2. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry to the casino and for any transaction over $3,000.

5.3. Sonjevaz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

5.4. All gaming regulations as stipulated by the State Gaming Commission must be adhered to at all times.

6. Conduct and Behavior

6.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests and staff.

6.2. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or any behavior that disrupts the comfort of other guests may result in removal from the premises without refund.

6.3. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

7. Liability

7.1. Sonjevaz is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings in guest rooms or public areas.

7.2. Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence or willful misconduct.

7.3. Use of facilities such as pools, fitness center, and spa is at the guest's own risk.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1. Sonjevaz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
