1. Standard Reservations

Cancellation Timeline

  • 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours before check-in: Refund minus one night's stay
  • Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

2. Non-Refundable Rates

Special Discount Rates

Reservations booked under our non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation notice provided. These rates offer substantial discounts in exchange for no cancellation flexibility.

3. Group Bookings

Reservations for 5+ Rooms

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 14-29 days before check-in: 75% refund
  • 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

Group bookings may have specific terms outlined in the group contract that supersede this policy.

4. Special Events and Peak Periods

Holiday Seasons & Major Events

Reservations during special events, holidays, and peak periods have a more restrictive cancellation policy:

  • 14+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

Special events include: New Year's Eve, Major Sports Events, Conferences, and Local Festivals.

5. Modifications to Reservations

Changes to Existing Bookings

  • Date changes: Subject to availability and potential rate differences
  • Shortening stay: Subject to the cancellation policy for the removed nights
  • Extending stay: Subject to availability and current rates
  • Room upgrades/downgrades: Subject to availability and rate adjustments

6. No-Shows

Failure to Check In

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, your entire reservation will be considered cancelled, and you will be charged for the full stay.

7. Early Departure

Leaving Before Scheduled Checkout

Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged for the entire original reservation unless notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling options or alternative accommodations. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
